Emprisia were excellent throughout the implementation of our product from start to finish. Dedicating time to ensure we fully understood the product available, explained the process for implementation and regularly communicated throughout.

Emprisia delivered our Salesforce/Fonteva project under very difficult circumstances, both in terms of having to work completely remotely, and in terms of outlook for our industry. We had to make several substantive changes to the scope to accommodate changing business needs due to the pandemic, and Emprisia manged these very well. On occasion, I would have appreciated slightly quicker response times to queries, but as mentioned, we delivered this project during a time of great change to our business needs, so had more than the usual number, I would imagine.

A superb partner who held our hand throughout and offered a highly-skilled approach, applied very pragmatically.

Emprisia were professional and engaged throughout all stages of the project, from planning through build to go-live. They quickly grasped our unique requirements and were able to translate these into Salesforce functionality. Their development team demonstrated all the necessary experience and expertise to resolve any challenges we put their way. The project was managed closely but flexibly - they established a project timeline and kept things moving whilst appreciating that our own internal implementation team had other demands upon their time. It was altogether a successful project. Emprisia were a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the delivered system.

This was the 4th project we completed with Praesto. We are always happy with the work they do for us. They consistently deliver high quality work on time and on (or under) budget. They are very good at coming to us with alternative solutions and discussing with us what the pro's and cons might be. We've worked with in the region of 10 consultants over the last couple of years and everyone of them has been excellent.

This project in particular was of a sensitive nature and dealt with restricted data in our organisation. They were particularly good at being aware of this at all stages, in particular around the security/visibility to data across the organisation. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Praesto were flexible with us in terms of changes to requirements and we were not constantly having to go through CR when minor amendments to the original scope were required. The team were very good at delivering user training on the developed system.

They were extremely good at working with us, making sure the work felt a partnership. We knew what was being done and when. Very good at keeping us up to date with progress.
