Ik heb deze app bij mijn vorige werkgever lange tijd gebruikt en ben daar altijd zeer tevreden over geweest. Organisaties die wat groter zijn willen handtekeningen in hun proces integreren en dat is precies wat deze oplossing kan. Er is op een keer een versie gekomen met de mogelijkheid om het in Flows te gebruiken, waar ik een grote fan van ben. Pluim voor de makers van deze app!
Very flexible signing solution
Installation process is pretty straightforward, although unexperienced admins may need some implementation support. Erik from Appfactory is very supportive and helps regardless of your use case or issues you may encounter. The pros: Create signable PDF's from every object, custom fields to have a signee enter data during the signing process, option to include the app in Salesforce Flows. Mind that customising the PDF templates requires basic Visualforce knowledge.
