Automated System to Alert us on Data Quality and User Adoption
EHC Application helped us find Accounts and thousands of Leads that are not attended by anyone. We scheduled this application to run weekly now so that we can check our Data Quality and User Adoption. The beauty of this application is, it stores all the scan data and runs reports and dashboards based on the scan data. Department Heads and Management loved this application. As an experienced Admin, I recommend this application for everyone. It is easy to forget simple clean up operations such as re-assigning Accounts, Leads and Opportunities when a Sales Rep leaves. This tool ensures that you won't forget those important tasks. And, the support and responsiveness from Effexoft is really good. We are using the EHC app for more than 3 months now and we are happy.
