Really happy working with Oaktree team is completing this project. It was very critical for business (collections) and was closely monitored by business team. The team adhered to the process where regular scrum meetings were arranged, demo executed as per plan and the follow up done on pending items till closure. My experience with Oaktree is very good. It's always a pleasure to work with Oaktree Cloud and team. They are personable, responsive and result oriented.

We catch up via zoom on a weekly basis and manage our workflow via Asana tickets which provides the opportunity to maintain clear communication on progress. Outcomes have been dependent on clear scoping by our team and verbal clarification via weekly meetings to ensure that the Salesforce partner understands the task requirements. Some technical understanding is required internally to ensure that task requirements are translated as business use case with clearly defined intended outcomes.
