We achieved our essential purpose on a very aggressive timeline which overlapped with the holidays. Our allocated time and our leadership were ambitious with the scope and timing of this engagement and the Salesforce consulting partner definitely delivered for us. We received very good value for our investment in the reimplementation "readiness" phase. We felt "understood" in our efforts to describe the current state and our firm's desired future state. We likely would have benefitted from knowing earlier in the process that our imagined future state would be significantly more expensive at the implementation phase (upcoming phase) than originally estimated. Even so, the readiness engagement truly conferred value, and key resources at the partner organization made the time and effort to provide the meaningful and essential first step in our reimplementation project - arguably the most important phase of what we consider an in-depth three-phase project. Our business use cases are based on a financial services broker model instead of a more typical B2B or B2C paradigm. For that reason, some of the marketing engagement readiness was not particularly congruent with our expectations or anticipated future state. Still, we would not hesitate to recommend wholeheartedly this partner for similar engagements - and we may well retain their services in the future.
