Flexsin has been a great partner and were flexible with our requests especially since we are from a not for profit organization.

Flexin has done a wonderful job helping us fix and find solutions to impediments, that were in the original build of our product, even when they were not involved in the original build. They help us understand the priorities and impacts of proposed changes to help stay in our budget. This is very important as we are a smaller nonprofit.

We hired Flexsin Technologies primarily to assist with our Nonprofit for Salesforce integration with Salsa Engage. Salesforce integrations can be tricky, and our last consultant left us with an integration that was not running smoothly and was requiring a lot of manual work on our end, without proper instructions on how to do that manual upkeep. My favorite part about working with the experts at Flexsin is that they know that I want to truly understand and learn myself so that I can maintain the database after they are gone. In the past consultants seem to want to do everything and not explain anything, then when the consultant leaves we are in a mess all over again. One thing others should know when working with Flexsin is that many of their experts are located in another country, and the time change can be a challenge. I thought it would be more difficult then it was, however, it really didn't take long before I got used to my expert's work schedule.

We had several customized, unique tools that needed created in order for us to use SalesForce the way our team would need to use it. Flexsin listened and was able to provide those tools to us. Not only did we get what we want, but we had the additional obstacle of a hard deadline in place - they were able to meet that deadline and we are using them for additional change requests for new tools in the system. Strongly recommend this company.
