We engaged Purple Otter because our users were struggling with the complexity of our grantmaking process. We needed help bringing the process into our Salesforce system to streamline and provide clarity to users. We utilize the Lightning Connector to enable the sync between Engaging Networks and Salesforce. Purple Otter has been an indispensable partner with expertise in NPSP and Engaging Networks. Through their partnership we have been able to work through sync enhancements, introduce transaction types, prepare for a sustainer expansion, fine-tune UK Gift Aid data, introduce canvassing, and most importantly, teach our CRM team "how to fish" in supporting the Lightning Connector. They are consummate professionals in requirements gathering, presenting build options, testing, providing testing scripts, and communicating what we should monitor at go live.

Mustard Seed and Jake White was brought in to develop and maintain a CRM without a dedicated admin and has, over the years, successfully delivered on multiple complex projects that have catalyzed the continued growth and evolution of Oxfam Canada’s Salesforce ecosystem. The Mustard Seed team not only delivers a high level of technical competence and creative problem solving but also excels at being highly adaptable, present, and involved in the solutions they support. Some highlights of Mustard Seed’s development with Oxfam include: - Successful and timely migration of full Salesforce automation suite from Process Builder and alerts to the Flow Builder, with before and after save functionality which led to significant gains in Salesforce processor utilization - Expertly deploying tiered API connector between Salesforce and Engaging Networks (marketing platform) with data monitoring and troubleshooting functionality, completed with comprehensive documentation and output data support. - Developing and deploying a PCI-DSS compliant Credit Card recovery stream between Salesforce and iATS powered by Form Assembly API and custom code. The project deployed successfully with robust documentation and dynamic reporting on results following an involved testing phase. Mustard Seed has also supported several technology assessments and feasibility studies for Oxfam and launched Salesforce projects leveraging iATS Brickworks, Kell Tax Receipting app, Shopify, Demand Tools, and Salesforce suite toolset including custom code, Workbench-SOQL, NPSP triggers, mapping, batch-gifts, etc. Mustard Seed has become Oxfam Canada’s primary technical asset in developing our fundraising strategy and maintaining our integrated Salesforce ecosystem.
