App lacks any error handling and when the integration doesn't work it is difficult to troublesho
I wish I could give it a 5 stars like the other reviewers, but unfortunately that hasn't been my experience. Overall THNKS seems like a very simple straightforward set up. I have set it up in a sandbox and in a production environment. We've had inconsistent test and usage results. Sometimes you can send a THNKS to a test email address and receive it, other times the THNKS never arrives in the inbox but you receive the order receipt. One big gap is that there's a lack of error handling. As example, you can install THNKS and add the Lightning record component, and give your user the correct permission sets without actually enabling the integration and if you try to send a THNKS from a record, no error message appears highlighting that the integration isn't enabled. Even when the integration is enabled, if you have errors with the THNKS records getting created in Salesforce, there are no error logs to help you troubleshoot the issue. Ideally, a good app should have clear error messaging for both users and Salesforce Administrators. Hopefully the app gets some improvements.

Simple integration, easy reporting
I'd recommend this app for anyone looking to track appreciation and gift-giving. It works flexibly for customer, partner, and employee giving. Each gift is tracked back in Salesforce (one-way integration) at the Contact level via a native object so the reporting is a breeze. The success team was very helpful during setup and has been extremely responsive and thorough with all support requests.
Great Service, Great/Easy Integration and Great Team
Thnks is an extremely easy service to use that gives us a ton of options to show our "thnks" to clients. Integration is extremely easy to get set-up and gives us great insight as to how our advisors are using the service and how our clients are responding to it.
