CALENDARANYTHING gives unbelievably great management of tasks and gives efficiency and effectiveness on managing tasks. Highly recommended for everyone to use and super appreciate team behind the scenes.
Essential Tool
CalendarAnything is an essential tool to blend service operations with sales. Custom Objects with DateTime fields can be used to mange complex Dispatch and fulfillment functions way beyond what the salesforce calendar can. The support is great, the price is right and these guys are really, really good!

We just experienced a combination of issues between Salesforce and CalendarAnything that made it so some of our users were unable to get on the CalendarAnything app in the Salesforce app. It took time and a combination of both Salesforce and CalendarAnything teams to figure out what to do to fix this issue. The CalendarAnything team stayed with us the whole time, even when SalesForce was saying the issue was caused by the individual's phones. CA tried many things over the course of about four days to get our people up and running on the app. All employees are now able to access the calendar and we really appreciated the CalendarAnything team and their willingness to keep trying to figure it out, even when everyone started thinking it was the phones. It was not the phones, it was a combination of factors that caused this issue and CalendarAnything figured it out. They were excellent to work with and very responsive.
