Notre environnement est très compliqué car énormément customisé. Le challenge réside dans cette customization, et les solutions technologiques proposées (future-proof, Salesforce compliant, ...) ne sont pas forcément en adéquation avec les volontés du Business. Nous observons donc une déviation quant aux standards Salesforce mais très souvent liée aux besoins / décisions Business. La collaboration est excellente. Nous remarquons une manque de proactivité dans certaines communication et/ou project management (parfois lié à un turnover élevé). Nous recommandons vivement ce partenaire sans aucun soucis pour sa fiabilité, sa communication ouverte, sa connaissance des standards Salesforce, sa motivation à toujours atteindre de meilleurs objectifs. NB : ce projet était très particulier, et requérait beaucoup de customization.
Le partenaire a fait preuve d'efficacité, de professionnalisme, d'empathie et tout cela dans un climat très sympathique. Une équipe complémentaire, sérieuse et pertinente. Merci à eux pour cet accompagnement !

Very smooth and professional experience with Ink! We liked the way the project went, from defining user stories until delivery, this project was great!
Ink Consulting has delivered in 6 months the first version of the implementation of the Sales Cloud & CPQ for our company. The challenge was big as our Product & Pricing model is complex and the Sales process was scattered among different tools that had to be migrated into Salesforce. Ink was able to accomplish this migration and to implement a good Opportunity and Ad Campaign management flows. They have also supported this project with user research and user testing, coupled with change management during and after the delivery, and dedicated trainings to our internal teams.
