Seems great so far but require more information if possible

Does not allow to update Flow Template

When I want to update the custom fields and make changes to the flow template, the company house button gets disappeared.

Really clever use of flow for validating organisations against companies house data. Recently added a flow template to allow further customisation as well. Kudos David!

Hi James, When I try to customise the template to update custom fields, the button for "Company House" disappears. Would you know what I may be doing wrong?

Great for basic company house information - after you amend the flow. Would be a 5 star review if you could pull across the director information as well. Can this be done?

Hi , As mentioned in the Installation Guide, register Companies House with hyperlink and not able to click it and no other information to access website for API key. How to proceed further? Kindly assist

Works but found error

When an empty field is retrieved from companies house, if a user presses the radio button on that empty field then an error is displayed.

I have amended my review now as i did get it working. I have not give 5 stars mainly due to the comments others have made below but also as i didn't find the documentation great, it could do with having a bit more detail in there and also more information on the companies house. with these tweaks it would improve the experience a-lot more! I have installed into DEV as per the guide but every time I click the 'Company house' button I get the following error: Something went wrong with this flow. Your admin has received an email about this error. More details of the error can be found below: This error occurred when the flow tried to look up records: BillingCity, BillingPostalCode, Sic, comp_house__Company_Type__c ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:114 No such column 'Sic' on entity 'Account'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names.. You can look up ExceptionCode values in the SOAP API Developer Guide. Is there anyone able to advise on this? Thanks Jen

Awesome, thanks for that David, I've got it working now!

This particular error is caused by Field Level Security on the SIC field on Account. If you navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Account > Fields and Relationships you should find a field labelled SIC Code (Name = Sic). If you drill into it and click on 'Set Field Level Security' you can make sure the field is available for the profiles running the flow. I hope that makes sense. David

Thank you for your comments. In version 1.5 the label on the Quick Action has been amended, plus a template flow is now included so you can configure your own flows based on this. The documentation has also been updated to reflect the latest choices offered by Companies House.
