Setting Field Level Security (FLS) for the newly created task(s) or updating the FLS is a daily repetitive task for every system administrator. Admin Task Optimizer allows administrations to save time and clicks to set the FLS. ✔ Assist System Admins ✔ Can be used when an object(s) is deployed for production ✔ Utilized while restoring objects after a Sandbox refresh ✔ FLS can be set on a single page ✔ Object Permissions can be set on a single page ✔ Schedule in real-time ✔ Bulk FLS management To use the application, Salesforce System Admins need to follow these steps: 1. Select the object for which FLS has to be set 2. Choose one or more fields for the selected objects 3. Select Profile(s) for which field access needs to be given 4. Select Profile(s) for which object permissions needs to be given 5. Choose the type of access (Visible/Read-Only) 6. Set FLS or Object Permissions in real-time or schedule it for the future
