This is my second engagement with Solupros. With their help and guidance we developed a FDA compliant complaint system for service and technical support. Solupros also rebuilt the sales forecasting system and assisted marketing with the integration of SFDC to several marketing tools. All of the work was completed on time and at the estimated price. Solupros continues to works with our global staff in answering questions about the use of SFDC and guides the user to a solution rather than just telling them what to do. We have several other projects in the pipeline including an interface to INFOR that have been awarded to Solupros based on their can do attitude, on time deliveries, reasonable cost and previous success. We view Jim Stahl as a partner in the business and a critical contributor to our on going success.
