This package uses legacy features.

We are using Query Studio and it has been very helpful but I noticed recently that there is an error for the installed package. "This package uses legacy features. To use our latest features and enhancements, including OAuth 2.0 for API Integrations, create a new package." I can't find anyone to contact to see how to resolve this, since it's a free app, there isn't a contact listed on the AppExchange.

I contacted SFMC support and this was their reply: • The application will continue to work as expected despite the banner. • No further action is needed on your side. • You can optionally post feedback or enhancement requests for Query Studio on the Trailblazer Community board to reach the Salesforce Labs maintainers directly. I haven't seen any updates from Salesforce Labs so the message is still showing in our org.

Facing the same issue. Were you able to fix it?

Unable to retrive all MobileConnect messages in an automation

I am using a query that pulls sent messages details from a specific automation and specific date range, but since the last week it's been inconsistent, sometimes retrieving nothing and other only partial data.

Can the "Export in Contact Builder" be fixed?

It's good, but cannot export the results. When we choose the "Export in Contact Builder" present in the Query Studio, i'm redirected to a page - https://querystudio.herokuapp.com/undefined/contactsmeta/admin.html#admin/data-extension/d****************** which presents "Cannot GET /undefined/contactsmeta/admin.html" Can you advise?

We're getting an IP whitelisting error

We've been getting an IP whitelisting error since this morning: _________ Something went wrong! Query Studio encountered an error. Please refresh your page or try again at a later time. Have IP whitelisting enabled? Please include these in your whitelist to utilize Query Studio. 34.192.211.174 3.88.83.193 34.198.62.236 18.213.253.169 _________ Do you know what happened? Do we have to ask our IT team to whitelist those addresses? Thanks.

Some of the user is not able to run the query in Query studio

Hello, Some of the users are not able to run the query since a week. And it was working fine before. Please let us know what could be the issue. We cleared the cookies, tried in different browsers and in incognito mode also, but not working.

are they able to access Query studio. and on the the Run button is disabled or the query doesnt run at all. what is the error ? Is that query working good with other users... if not it should be the issue with the Query. try to fix it and re execute.

Hi Ashwini, We did this earlier. Still I reinstalled it and given the access to all user. But not working.

under the setup, navigate to installed packates and click on Query Studio, then click on licenses tab where you will find the list of users. select the user you want to access the query studio and then click save. this should enable the user to access the query studio.

Excellent Way to Dig Into The Data Worry Free

Query Studio is a great way to dig into your SFMC data without having to worry about causing damage to your existing DEs, or having to go through the rigamarole of running something in Automation Studio and then checking your DEs. The SQL allowed can be a bit finicky sometimes, and some more documentation wouldn't be amiss. However, this really is a must have for any SFMC marketer.

Issue with inserting data to the target Data Extension

I have selected my target data extension in the query, and also validated it, when i tried to hit the 'run' button, no data gets inserted to my target DE even if the query returns the result. Not sure if i am missing any steps. Also, after i saved my query, and then, click the Save As button and select for example 'overwrite' and then hit submit, i get an error 'The Value Specified for the following field is not valid: 'name'. there is no field name in the sql, neither in the target data extension. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Good but needed improvements

I think we could use to add info to a current data extension and not create a new one to every run we do. Besides that, anyone knows what version are we at? Because at this moment, it seems very update and package deployed seems old (legacy)
