Great Product (Functionality, Usability, & Support)

As a Senior Technical Architect from Salesforce, working for a customer having this product, I want to share that this is a great product for connecting Salesforce and SharePoint in a seamless experience. The Salesforce lightning component to embed in record pages makes the user experience seamless, and the flow elements to extend functionality (set up folders, move the folders, copy the files etc.) is really neat, and intuitive to set up. If there were any issues, support is both quick to respond, but also they are responding with relevant follow-up questions, pointing to the right direction, and escalating if a bug needs logging. Thank you again Collison and Zane! In addition, the communication is clear w.r.t. new releases and automatic upgrades.

Fantastic Support!

The documentation supplied by the site will cover most of your use cases, but if you run into something sticky, the support team at sFiles is phenomenal! The product itself does exactly what we want--give us a portal into Sharepoint with the ability to filter documents and stamp column metadata with Salesforce information.

Great support

We recently had an issue with sFiles not showing column values from SharePoint list items correctly. Their support work persistently and diligently on solving the issue until we had the issue fully resolved. Great experience!

Great communication and support

Thank you so much to Gage and Collison, their support has been second to none in filling in some of the gaps in our configuration. We are able to jump of a call, screenshare and work through the problem together. Both were incredibly helpful and supportive in troubleshooting my problem.

We were experiencing an issue with the automatic creation of folders in SharePoint from a record. This was caused by a space at the end of the record name, which prevented the folder from being created. In just a few hours, the Sfiles team quickly identified the root cause of the problem, enabling us to resolve it. Wonderful App with Excellent Support

I love sFile.io. The platform itself is fast, simple, and very easy to use. Uploading and accessing files in both Salesforce and SharePoint is quick and easy, and everything works exactly as you would expect from a good file-sharing service that connects Salesforce with SharePoint. What really stood out to me, is the friendly and dedicated support. The support team was responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve my questions. It’s rare to find a service where you can get clear answers so quickly, and it made the whole experience much better. Great solution for solving Salesforce storage limits

This app helped us solve our Salesforce storage issues by allowing users to view and access files directly inside Salesforce while the actual files are stored in SharePoint. The integration works smoothly and keeps the user experience seamless while reducing storage usage in Salesforce. Setup was straightforward, and it’s been a very effective solution. We recently worked with S‑Files after some Salesforce changes affected a few of our existing features, and the experience was very smooth. Tech Support was very responsive and helpful

I needed to update a column in Sharepoint while using a Salesforce flow. After reading the step by step online it didnt fully explain what was needed. I emailed support and they were responsive within 24 hours. I explained my issue and they then Teams call and I was able to share my screen and they walked me through the missing pieces. The flow that would take my updated field in SF and copy it to my Sharepoint folder associated with the Opportunity. However, I then needed to copy that column data to a child folder within Salesforce. This then required the user of Power Automate. After attempting with countless fails I let support know what I needed, and they set up another call to walk me through it. There were a few issues we had to check like nested folders and such, but we worked together to get an answer. Thank you to the 3 who helped out!

Amazing support!

I took over some integration work for a coworker who left my company and had some issues I could not resolve on my own. Eventually I decided to contact the sFiles support team - something I almost NEVER do. Within 24 hours of my email we had a video call and I worked with Collison to get the issue resolved. He was super knowledgeable, had great troubleshooting suggestions and ultimately helped me solve a somewhat complex workflow quickly. I've very grateful for the timely and knowledgable support.
