Very good experience. The partner understood our needs, the internal challenge (global solution vs local needs). He adapted the solution to the context. The communication was efficient (not too much but enough). The partner defined with us the best technical part adapted to our business usecases.
We chose Cezium to kickstart our team with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Their consultants have great knowledge of the solution, they have excellent communication skills and are passionate about sharing their experience.
