Excellent onboarding support for small nonprofits

Working with Allyza at Double the Donation was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She helped guide us through the onboarding process for the matching gift automation within our Salesforce, making everything feel clear, manageable, and easy to follow. (And we are not very tech savvy so if WE can do it, YOU can too!) As a small pediatric cancer nonprofit with a limited team, we appreciate that the onboarding process included multiple live calls with a dedicated Client Success team member who was an expert at this integration. The hands-on support and having that structure made a big difference as we weren’t trying to figure everything out on our own. The Salesforce integration is valuable for us because it helps automate the matching gift process and makes it easier to identify potential corporate matching gift opportunities from both new and past donors. Instead of relying only on manual outreach to ask donors whether their employers offer matching gift programs, this tool streamlines the process, reducing legwork for our team! Yay! Allyza was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient as we worked through setup, questions, and next steps. Her support helped us feel confident about launching the tool and making the most of the platform. We’re excited to have this matching gift resource in place so we can help donors see if their gifts can go even further. Great Onboarding Process

We have just started using this and the onboarding was great. From the initial call, the team was able to walk us through each step from integrating things on our website and our donation system. Look forward to seeing how it impacts our fundraising.

Great app for nonprofits on Salesforce

Double the Donation has been a seamless integration with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack for us so far. While we're still fairly new to working with them, knowing that they are trusted by so many nonprofits -- as well as our early experiences engaging with their Customer Success team -- has reinforced our trust that the app is well maintained and has a responsive product team behind it. Above and beyond

Our onboarding helper, Helen Noche, went above and beyond. After the initial one-hour implementation call, she spent at least another hour sorting out some confusing backend field mapping issues. She was patient but persistent in working directly with my IT volunteers to make sure our tiny organization finished setting everything up properly. Thanks, Helen!
