Our experience with the Third Pillar SPOCs was seamless, particularly during the deployment and enhancement of the Salesforce Mobile App. Their technical expertise was evident, but I want to give special recognition to Gleen Villacorta. Having worked with Gleen previously at Globe, I can attest that he consistently goes above and beyond. His deep product knowledge, combined with a sharp understanding of our business needs, bridged the gap between technical requirements and practical execution. Both Ryan Joseph Manikad and Ryan Chris Santos were hands-on in terms of understanding the project and business requirement. This allowed them to suggest and collaborate effectively with us during Sprints 1, 1.5 and 2. Joseph Laniba and Gleen Villacorta are also helpful sharing their expertise and accommodating last minute requirements. Overall, I wish we could partner and deploy Sprint 3 with them, if only due to internal conflicts and prioritization issues.

They are efficient, skilled in their respective area of expertise, and very timely in delivering their commitments. Communication and risk mgmt are also their strengths.
