Our partner significantly underestimated the size and scope of our Salesforce project and was not equipped to handle its complexity. The biggest challenge was data migration, which was poorly managed, slowed the project considerably, and created ongoing issues that we are still working to clean up. This misstep alone cost us substantial time and money. Project management and organization were also subpar. Documentation was often incomplete or outdated until we specifically requested updates, which created unnecessary confusion and delays. Given our limited Salesforce experience, we expected our partner to really lead us through the process with confidence and clarity — but that leadership never materialized. The lack of organization and capability pushed the project over budget and significantly delayed our launch. While our project lead, Millie, worked extremely hard and did everything she could to support us, there were very few other resources we could rely on to guide us through such a complex implementation. As a result, we are still not fully live and continue to address the mess left behind. I believe Cloudforia’s poor project management cost us millions of dollars and wasted countless hours. While I acknowledge the complexity of our project and that our team lacked Salesforce expertise and organization, those were exactly the reasons we hired an implementation partner. If your project scope is complex, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Timberlyne and Cloudforia have been working together for nearly 2 years and counting. Their services varied from marketing workflows to entire CRM overhaul which included new custom Salesforce objects, testing in Sandbox, user training, and deployment. Implementation Job

Beware! I wish I could give zero stars. Over my 20 year career in Salesforce I have worked with lots of Consultants and have never had more difficulty than with this company. I engaged them for simple 80 hr job and it’s been 6 months and I still don’t have a finished product. They have assigned 3 separate developers to my project and all three have failed to complete the tasks that were agreed upon. The VP of relations has been involved since the beginning. They constantly apologize and promise to deliver but nothing happens. After 6 months of constantly following up, I asked for my money back and to go our separate ways. Now they refuse to respond to emails and phone calls. They took my money without delivering a finished product. Please save yourself the headache and go with another reputable company. I should have believed all the other negative comments.
