The Pulsar Manager for SFS package is required to connect the Pulsar mobile app to your SFS instance, together delivering your full SFS experience on iOS, Android, an Our team works closely with the Salesforce SFS product team to ensure Pulsar for SFS stays in lockstep with the official Salesforce Field Service releases. SFS features supported in Pulsar: * Schedule * Service appointments * Day/month calendar views and list views * Map & driving directions * SA overview screen with asset, contact, WOLI and knowledge article sections * Service reports * Logging products consumed for the job (including support for multiple locations) * Tracking inventory * Creating product requests * Profile and resource absences * Quick actions and flows Pulsar allows your mobile workforce to use all of the above features, even when completely offline. Pulsar can support millions of records offline, accommodating even the largest of inventories. If your organization needs a more flexible and extensible UI than what comes out-of-the-box, Pulsar allows full UI customization. Your developers can then create rich HTML/Javascript embedded screens that can be integrated into the SFS experience.
