Vanguard's support with the Quick Start program was very good. Working with Aaron, Agi and Destiny through the development was a positive experience. On a broader point, information about the ongoing administrative resource required to maintain system updates was not made explicit by Salesforce in their original proposal. Having this clearly articulated by Salesforce at the outset would have been appreciated.
