Salesforce Bootcamp

Incredible value provided
Within the first 10 minutes of chatting with Brandon and Liz, I was able to get a much deeper understanding of our Pardot instance despite me being a "power user" of 5+ years. They make the relationship between Salesforce and Pardot make sense.

Brandon is great to work with! He is hands-on, but helps make sure you understand why you are doing the things you are doing. He provides extensive detail, and also has a great personality! I recommend Brandon to anyone looking for assistance regarding their SalesForce account!

I really appreciate the team at Pardot and the consistent effort and care they put into assisting me as a client. It means alot to me to get the answers I need and solutions I want on time, that's hard to find these days! I have been a customer of their company for a while now and I prefer them as my education provider. Thanks again guys and keep it up!
I was so glad when we finally engaged with Cypress. They saved me from so much frustration. We have a tool we are now using. There are still many features I am sure we need to uncover, but we have a good start. My only suggestion is Salesforce should just recommend this type of partner right up front. Trying to implement the tool without specific knowledge is impossible. We almost gave up the tool, until out of frustration a SF rep recommended we call this partner. I wasted about 1 month trying to do it myself.

Not a fit
We weren't happy with our training, as not much was accomplished. It was set up to cover both Salesforce Lightning and Pardot implementation. After multiple conversations and promises to get on track during upcoming sessions, the end of our contract was not acknowledged and nothing was done to try and rectify the situation. I would not recommend.

Our recommended learning path for Salesforce and Pardot Jumpstarts are as follows: Pardot Install + 10 SF/Pardot Workshops Recommended Learning Path: Workshop #1: Kickoff & Workflow mapping to Salesforce Leads,Contacts,Accounts & Opportunities. Create custom fields as needed. *We will get access needed to start the Pardot installation Workshop #2: Salesforce Page Layouts, Profiles, & App permissions *We will provision Pardot access to necessary profiles & configure user Sync Workshop #3: Implementing Lead Stages, Conversions, Paths, Sales Processes & Opportunity Stages *We will work with Flashtract IT to implement Pardot tracking code and domain authentication Workshop #4: Pardot Lightning App Admin Settings & Walkthrough *Pardot technical implementation will be complete Workshop #5: Salesforce Lead Qualification & Conversion Workshop #6: Salesforce Pardot Campaign Configuration & Management Workshop #7: Salesforce Pardot Data Import Workshop #8: Review Salesforce Activities, Tasks & Activity Capture Workshop #9: Salesforce End-User Training Workshop #10: Pardot End-User Training It’s very common that during these sessions your team may need to pivot to other topics and we want to support that. We also try to make it clear that while our team does handle the implementation steps outlined in the Pardot implementation guide, our 10 hour QuickStart package isn’t designed to have our consultants process requests like custom dataloading, etc.. Our QuickStart/Jumpstart packages are really designed to be delivered over 1:1 collaborative workshop sessions with your team and one of our certified consultants.
