Found the same thing as M W - The utterances for the intent sets are empty.
I contacted the company twice and got promises to help...but nothing. Seems like a tactic to simply get you to talk to them and buy their services and consulting. In my opinion, not a good way to do business....
Hi Maurice, Many customers and friends from Salesforce have used this free application to help them start their bot journey. The utterances that you have pointed out in this review are in fact present. However, we designed this tool for Salesforce customers and our friends at Salesforce to help them quickly build out a proof of concept for the great technology that is the Einstein Bot. It was not designed for competitor use so as an employee of a competitor, I don't think you will find what you are looking for in this product. Dated approach to Chatbots and no intent sets
The utterances for the intent sets are empty, there is nothing there.
Casie, Thanks for the reply. I spoke to Patrick on two occasions – sorry he didn’t document our conversations. As for my use of it, I was trying to build out a quick prototype for a customer – even though I work for a Salesforce consulting firm, I had no intentions of passing this off as my work/our work.
