By building unified customer profiles with true and complete data, brands will be able to make better data-driven decisions and provide more personalized journeys. With improved data synchronization between systems, brands will be able to easily merge and leverage ReachFive's and Salesforce's customer data without any specific development needed on their end. ReachFive's customer identity and access management (CIAM) solution includes features to help build and enrich customer profiles present in Salesforce applications including social login, lite registration, progressive profiling, and consent management that will This application will connect to ReachFive's service and extract daily batches of user data to Salesforce's custom objects following an initial data setup from Salesforce Sales Cloud to ReachFive's database. This application allows Sales Cloud users to manually link these custom objects (ReachFive customer profiles) to Salesforce Contacts for a better aggregation of the data related to the same individual.
