Radix Bay was selected as a consulting partner to support a B2B financial organization's strategic, tactical and practical implementation of both an existing Salesforce and Pardot Advanced solution. A key element of the project, which exemplified the practical skillset of Radix Bay and the strategic understanding of both platforms, was the delivery of a new Lead Scoring and grading system. From the outset, this project necessitated strong communication between senior sales leads and marketing teams to align of definitions and key lead milestones. Once definitions were established Radix Bay was able to build a comprehensive visualisation of the data, leveraging key features of Pardot such as page actions, segmentation and automation rules, while combining this with Sales team assignment rules and automated notifications. Radix Bay successfully built the new assignment structure, and required minimal to no amends due to their comprehensive visualisation and various discovery sessions with both sales and marketing. The project demonstrated that Radix Bay can comfortably operate with a global enterprise-level organisation across multiple departments, and was able to simply articulate the nuances of both the Salesforce and Pardot solutions to senior leadership team members, the partner also demonstrated through the implementation process an attention to detail, identifying assignment anomalies quickly and implementing solutions often within the same day. I would highly recommend Radix Bay as a partner for any Salesforce and Pardot organisation for their highly collaborative, strategic and rapid work ethic.
