We had one glitch - our initial POC left the company and he wasn’t great a driving progress or communicating. Then Mark Keanne took charge and we Had lots of progress and communication, they were able to help us sort the environment and consider all costs associated with what we want to accomplish. We did decide to move into another CRM a leave the salesforce environment, if Mark and his team supported that platform, we would still be working together.

ETG leveraged the off-shore team very well in regard to time-zone differences. An evening conference call (US) was often used to build out a task list for the off-shore team, and a morning conference call (US) provided information on how the off-shore team performed on those tasks while it was overnight in the US. This was one of the strengths of the project.
