We needed a specific script written to facilitate file attachment export from one Salesforce tenant in preparation for a migration to another Salesforce tenant. Out-of-the-box solutions were not successful. He developed a script to our requirements within the timeline we desired. He was great communicating through the project, meeting the business requirements, and staying in-scope. Would love to work together again.

The Winter 2020 release had undesirable impacts on integrations made by a previous developer. With no response or help from the previous developer, EJ stepped in to resolve complications created by that release. EJ was professional, punctual, courteous and greatly impressed us with his ability to not only resolve our issue but provide a detailed explanation as to how/why the error occurred. We will not only use him again in the future but will also gladly recommend this individual to any organization facing advanced challenges

A few months ago, I was tasked to re-implement Salesforce for our sales team. I had no experience with SF so I tried to learn it on my own. After awhile, I was getting stuck in many places so I reached out EJ to help me. From day one he was helpful, articulate and very knowledgeable on the workings and functionality of SF. He and I met many times to get our instance up and running to match the way our sales team works. After he changed Objects, Permissions, Reports and Graphs we felt it was ready to present it to my team. I did an all-day training session for my them the next week. They were very impressed by how everything was structured and commented on how easy it was to use! Before EJ's help with modifying the platform to match our way of selling, the usage was below 50%. Now, we are at 100% usage in the last 4 weeks. Our sales manager is very pleased on the new roll-out and I have EJ to thank for that! I will continue to use him on any updates or issues we have going forward. He is a true professional and I recommend him highly.
