Langit Kreasi has professional, responsive service, and helpful staff in dealing with dynamically changing client situations, especially during the implementation process at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
PT. Langit Kreasi team are very helpful and communicative. At beginning, I had doubt that they really can help us because they don't have many experience with consulting company customer that is similar to prasmul-eli business. But as time goes by, they proof their professionalism and determination to help us with our CRM problem. We implemented sales cloud and pardot at the time, and integrated salesforce system with SAP system, particularly with PS, MM, & FI modules. Overall, we are very happy with the result and continue to maintain our relationship with PT. Langit Kreasi through yearly maintenance program. We believe that following up user feedback and continuously improve the system will promote salesforce usage by all users and promote salesforce (and other systems) effectiveness in our company, that in the end would improve our company business performance.
