Beyond Excellent Talent

I worked with Doug for 2 years where he was fulfilling a consultant role within a large project for a reinsurance firm which would collect information and allow for the easy review and maintenance of that information when dealing with multi million dollar reinsurance contracts. He also fulfilled some requirements for smaller needs as well as his major contributins to the project. The requirements involved every aspect of the business. It required the ability to understand the industry in general and business cases specificly to the company. I must say although Doug was already well versed in business models and processes he quickly understood and applied the unique aspects to his work. The project was run in an Agile like environment and included information gathering sessions with end users and the C-level team alike. We utilized a JAD/RAD approach to collection, analysis and design. There were multiple tools, languages and platforms involved and Dougs ability to utilize the strengths of all of them was greatly appreciated. His experience, technical knowledge and approach to teamwork and project management made him a key member of the team. Add to that his professionalism and communication skills and I can honestly say I can honestly say I would include him in any project with no question. I am confident he would be a great resource for any project you may be considering.
