Crescent Digital was engaged to create customizations in Sales Cloud CPQ and assist with user adoption. They were a great team who understood what we needed and provided solutions efficiently. Also, they introduced us to more features in Sales Cloud, as well as other modules in Salesforce, resulting in us wanting more from the solution to equip our sales team to be more productive and efficient. At the end of our engagement, our users were fully adopted and our objectives were met!
