Working with Search Discovery has been a great experience. We tasked Search Discovery with the development of a Leadership dashboard built in CRMA to allow more complete business reporting on the opportunity pipeline and sales cycle, as well as an Einstein Discovery model to predict a more accurate win chance %. We decided on Search Discovery as our consulting partner due to the high level of diligence and exploring they did with us prior to the engagement starting, to really understand what our requirement was. The background and expertise of the individuals we initially spoke to, gave us the confidence to choose them as our consulting partner. By having Search Discovery as our consulting partner, it gave us access to the opinions of a team who had carried out similar tasks for other clients which was useful to get an outside perspective. Also, from a technical perspective, by using Search Discovery, we were able to query the data and build processes which provided us access to cuts of the data we wouldn't otherwise have had the knowledge to access. Search Discovery were very good at bringing on the correct people for the project at the correct time e.g. data scientist, which again, was useful for us to gain a wider perspective. Overall, we are very pleased with the work carried out, and will be recommending them to other, and utilizing their skills again for future projects.

The team is very knowledgeable and helpful with getting Datorama dashboards stood up. Whether it's combining multiple data sources into one visual or building calculated metrics based off data, the team has been helpful with visualizing data.

Working with the Search Discovery team on this project to continue developing our instance and use cases in CRM Analytics has been a great experience. We've worked with Search Discovery for the past 2 years and they continue to be invested in gaining a better understanding of our business and data and proposing new solutions and ideas leveraging not only CRMA, but also Salesforce Core, CDP and SFMC. They have done a wonderful job creating relationships with the various teams within our organization that use CRMA and we look forward to continuing to work with them.

Search Discovery is an excellent partner. Greg Capoziello is knowledgeable, smart, responsive, forward thinker and dedicated. We have contracted with Search Discovery for the last two years. In the first year, they designed and developed Einstein/Tableau CRM. Senior management wanted additional reports and analysis in year two and Greg was instrumental in identifying additional benefits in Tableau to enhance our CRM. When we have questions regarding Tableau, Greg is always responsive. We are pleased with Search Discovery and will continue to use them.
