Helpful and Responsive Team

The Survey Vista team always respond quickly to any queries I have. They even remembered a past issue I had and contacted me to advise they had fixed it. The app itself is nice and easy to use.

Intuitive use, wonderful support team

This app has been very intuitive and easy to use. We've tested with both outreach forms and short surveys. There's a good variety of prebuilt question types, and it's been easy to match to fields in multiple SF objects. The SV team has also been superb in their assistance with walking through any questions, and helping correct issues as we navigated a short learning curve (for designing surveys for external users and fine-tuning email notifications). Their attentive responses have made an already pretty easy process even easier. The built-in dashboards and results made viewing the results easy as well. Really pleased with our experience so far!

Easy to use and powerful to build a form with complicated logics

if you want easy to use features like google form but have much more features to build something more than basic, then this is your best choice

Even when I've requested a feature or a specific workflow that isn't supported, they work with me to find a workaround to make it happen.

Great Platform - Exceptional Support

Survey Vista is an extremely versatile software. Although there is a decent learning curve to take full advantage of the platform features, their knowledge base is great & their customer support is exceptional!
