I have been working with Datamatics/Dextara (Revolution Group) for the last 4 years & just signed on for another year without hesitation. We joined SF 5 years ago & it has not been an easy undertaking. Honestly, by the end of the first year I was not thrilled with any piece of it & thought we had made a horrible financial decision committing to SF. I understand growing pains & the difficulties that come with adopting a new system or technology. I was not prepared for the endless struggles we encountered with just the fundamental basics of migration & integration. If someone had asked me then if I would recommend SF, I would've told emphatically NO. It wasn't worth the investment & they should look at other options. Poor communication from SF Sales, us not understanding the scope of the system & what we were signing up for, constant use of SF lingo not understood by outsiders, & a recommendation of a consulting company that was simply inadequate & inexperienced in Manufacturing Cloud. Then we found Revolution Group, now Datamatics, from the first meeting they were prepared, professional, empathetic & brought to the table an understanding of what it would take to get us on the right track. They didn't sugar coat it for the almighty sale, we were very aware of what we were facing. I was still hesitant buying into the whole SF world. Fast forward 4 years, ask me the same question, would I recommend SF? Yes, with the right people in place to help guide you it is a very dynamic & powerful business tool. My team of Datamatics experts are without a doubt the best investment we have made in this journey. Doing reviews & surveys are definitely not my thing. There are so many false claims, paid for testimonies, back pocket sponsors out there, it’s impossible to filter through the noise to find a real honest to goodness review these days.
