Brooke built our existing Customer Portal/Community to be more self service orientated and visually appealing to increase customer usage. This included a full redesign of how customer data is presented, ability to toggle between multiple accounts, graphs, report generation and case/service capabilities. Brooke reviewed the initial scope and provided feedback as to what was able to be achieved. She knows our business needs and is able to give constructive feedback on the design. The design was bespoke and executed in a timely and professional manner. Brooke assisted in problem solving during the testing phase and continues to make minor changes after go live as necessary. We have already seen increased customer usage of the Portal and have received positive feedback from customers.

We engaged Brooke to develop a Complaints Form that could be completed via cases so we could track complaints from receipt to resolution across four different business units. The form had several rules around visibility and escalations and allows for easy reporting. The form was completed quickly and functions exactly as intended.
