Work with Kari for about 15 minutes, and you will already understand two things. One, she really, really knows the Salesforce platform. Two, she really, really cares! I can’t say enough about what an excellent experience it has been working with Kari on a daily basis. I worked with her as a QA Engineer on her development team in 2022. And from the QA perspective, I have to say it is very rare to find an architect/developer who cares as much about quality and the user experience, as Kari does. Cares about it, and delivers. Added to that, she embodies the Salesforce ecosystem ethic of collaborating and sharing knowledge so that the whole team is lifted to a higher level. No matter what problem we have, there's always a way! Our team has been working with Sidekick for over 7 years and have not been disappointed. We often come with our most difficult (or annoying) issues and are consistently presented with a thoughtful and innovative solution. Takes the time to understand our org and sales process, stays up to date with new Salesforce options, and provides excellent documentation on expectations and implementation. 10/10 would recommend!
