eSage helped us build automated reporting systems in Datorama from scratch with a very customized global currency conversion solution in Media Transparency Center in just 5 months. Since our business have relatively more unique use cases in advertising area, we had to ask eSage to create solutions that can accommodate a lot of situations that the original Media Transparency Center could not handle, and eSage was able to creatively solve our problems and create stable and reliable solutions in Datorama with a tight schedule. eSage also later on supported us to expand our scope into Snowflake and helped us build data pipelines across Datorama and Snowflake. eSage has an extremely knowledgeable team, quick to respond to every communication, and able to complete our project on time and within budget. Because timing was an issue, they were even willing to hammer out the scope with us and begin the project in good faith while we papered an SOW with our legal team. We asked them to take on the project because we had a broken query that was causing it to appear that we had lost over 1 MM contacts. The eSage team was able to identify and repair the querry quickly. As they did, they also identified that we had a problem with a sendable data extension that was not drawing from the correct source or joining it to the right data. Once they identified the second issue, they were able to fix within a couple of hours - keeping the entire project - even the extra work - within the originally scoped time/budget. Our team was extremely pleased with their work, their responsiveness and their commitment to delivery on time and on budget. We will definitely use them again.
