CloudActive has worked closely with our team to deliver two Agentforce solutions: an Email Service Agent to support our case-response process and Courtney, our customer facing Live Chat Agent. Both projects required a strong understanding of our Salesforce environment, student support processes, knowledge content and the safeguards needed when responding to students.
