Another successful project heavy on custom development and API integrations. We automated the creation of several documents along the opportunity workflow. We tied into existing systems through APIs and custom APEX programming. We focused on operations after a successful opportunity, eliminating many manual processes and spreadsheet trackers. We will be re-engaging soon to focus on reporting and analytics.
