We've worked with Candybox CRM since our seed stage, and have continued working with them to today (Series B). Throughout the way, Candybox has been unrivaled in their partnership and adaptability, as well as scrappiness. We started with very basic CRM needs, and were able to gradually build it towards an increasingly complex system. Candybox is amazing across the different tools we use - Salesforce is our primary CRM, but we also use Hubspot, and a ton of related integrations. We've included Candybox in their implementations, partnered with them as thought partners, and leaned on them for implementation help. Mark and Tony, in particular, have been super responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. They monitor our CRM proactively, and are able to stay on top of any issue that occurs. Would strongly recommend them for any company.

I am so grateful for Tony and all of his hard work on our approvals refresh project. He was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, but took all of my questions, updates, and changes in stride. It's expected that with every new deployment comes its issues. But it's been almost 2 weeks since we deployed the new workflow and, aside from some minor hiccups in the beginning (which Tony resolved at lightning speed!), I have been pleasantly surprised at how little I've heard from the org - which means things are working as expected. I have no doubt this is due to Tony's diligence and attention to detail. The Candybox team is great and I would gladly partner with them again on future projects should the opportunity arise!

Salesforce is not always intuitive for your everyday user and partnering with the right developer is a must. Candybox has been the ideal developer for us. Candybox prioritizes establishing a clear project scope and path that has a purpose. They also strive to provide solutions and ask impactful questions that may not have already been considered—always looking ahead to the future. Candybox provides and experience that empowers one to manage the Salesforce platform without the smoke and mirrors. They also provide a line of communication that is clear and open. Scheduling time to discuss initiatives and work through solutions is easy, which keeps projects moving forward and fresh. Our only regret is not having found them sooner.

I've worked with a half dozen or so salesforce consultants and implementation teams and Candybox has hands-down been the best of them. They are super practical and bring both business acumen and best practices to the table combined with technical chops to make it happen. Anything that pops up that is outside their expertise like integrating with a specific external solution they were able to scope it and either figure it out themselves or find a partner who could. I would absolutely recommend them.

We hired Candybox to rearchitect our sales cloud instance that was unable to scale with our organization. Mark, Cody and Brent delivered a solution that allows us to report and track progress with confidence ahead of schedule with minimal business disruption. They are responsive and especially good at giving recommendations after taking into account our priorities and aligning our organization to best practice in a way that is easy to maintain and will scale.

As a fairly lean organization (with no dedicated RevOps support), we've had MANY small as well as strategic asks for the Candybox team, and they've delivered every team. They've helped us with foundation aspects including setting up lifecycle stages, contracts, and optimal opportunity fields. No matter the question, I know I can ask the team for help, guidance, or just time for sparring on tricky issues. Can't recommend them more for those who need a partner in scale!

Our company had recently acquired another company which brought with it the addition of new product offerings. In order to include these new offerings, the level of complexity required for product pricing and configuration within our Salesforce org increased significantly. We engaged CandyBox to assist us with this project, in order to enable the sales team to seamlessly configure products on Opportunities and Quotes using the new pricing model. We had used standard Salesforce functionality for adding Products in the past using Salesforce Products and Price Books. While these features continue to be important in our workflow, we needed new quantity-based price tiers and percent of total calculations that were not possible with the current model. We also required UI enhancements and a "Configure Products" Salesforce flow. The CandyBox team was phenomenal on this project (and others that we've used them for as well). This was a project where the requirements changed frequently and was under very tight deadlines. I have never worked with consultants who took the time to know our system and our business so in depth that they could just take this project and run with it, calmly and methodically. They surprised and delighted us with suggestions and solutions, truly acting as consultants to our business along the way. And when it came time to push the changes to production, they had everything we needed neatly compiled into numerically ordered change sets for us. Smoothest deployment ever! We have used CandyBox for several other projects and will continue to use them as an extension of our in-house team in the future.
