Trying to figure it out...
Just installed this in my sandbox today. Can the app play WAV files? That is our file format for voicemails. I uploaded a WAV file, it shows in the Media Player section, but the "Play" button is grayed out.
Amazing Feature but No Support ??
Came across this APP recently, it works great with injecting code into the instances, however to make sure we're making the right choice, the Day 2 support reliability pushes the concerns as not every app listed passes security requirements, there are material concerns around vendor reliability and long-term support. Tried to reach the team via below emails just to receive undelivered email. "support@fexle.com" <support@fexle.com>; "sfsupport@fexle.com" <sfsupport@fexle.com>

mp4 files are not playing Inline
It is not playing the videos. When we click on video, is asks to download. Doesn't paly inline. This is how it works? Can't we paly it inline?

Trying to setup for email to case, have not heard back from Fexle Support
I am trying to set up Media Files Manager for email-to-case in our sandbox environment, and I've contacted Fexle's support email twice now for assistance but have not heard any response.

Works very well
Hi, This application works for the files directly uploaded to any object, Only drawback is it doesn't recognoze the files coming through email-2-case functionality, Can you tell us how we can enable this application to work for the audio files coming through email-2-case?
