Ope did extremely well to first understand exactly what we needed and then deliver it in a timely manner

We hired Necessidad Consulting Limited to help with a number of business challenges in relation to Salesforce. Our Salesforce partnership began back in 2016. During the set up, a lot of aspects had been hardcoded, creating a number of limitations for us as our business grew. We had a number of problems that needed to be addressed. We were unable to mass close opportunities, contact our clients based on event or gather information from clients and feed that directly into the CRM (among other things). Our current work around included downloading reports and re-uploading them - manually entering information (which leaves a lot of room for error). Working with Ope at Necessidad, he held two workshops to discuss our challenges which resulted in a long list of recommendations and solutions. This is something I would definitely recommend doing. Working in sprints, Ope addresses each issue in a timely manner looking at the most important issues first. We were provided with a long document that explained the challenge and solution so that we were able to see what was happening and why. This document is very valuable for future reference as the business grows. We were able to access the sprints, to understand what had been done, what was in progress and what was left to do. Ope has an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce - finding solutions that other companies haven't been able to find. One in particular issue we had was to be able to map information to an opportunity product using a form. We had spoken to a number of companies who could never give us a solution - Ope was able to provide two different solutions. Throughout we have been kept informed on the stage of each project, with regular calls and access to the project platform.

Our most recent update, deployed in September 2022 included bug fixes and the addition/adjustment of some reporting parameters for our school feeding programme, both on the Resco application and on Salesforce. This development took longer than originally planned but our consultant was focused, attentive and showed strong attention to detail throughout. This helped us deploy changes to staff in several countries with minimal disruption. As a result, we are now experiencing fewer calculation errors and are able to report more accurate data from the field.

Necessidad have gone above and beyond and are clearly experts in their fields. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We required Necessidad Consulting to develop a unique solution to unique situation. Mary's Meals provides a meal to over 2 million children every day and we required a way to capture school and inventory data offline with offline validation. In our situation there was a number of different types of Salesforce users and Salesforce partners working within our environment and Necessidad was able to carefully navigate through the problem and build a solution that met our requirements with no impact on the other users. The solution required Necessidad to build a mobile application using Resco and duplicate most of that development into Salesforce for users that would be mainly using a desktop and he developed a seamless system for all type of users.

Ope is highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Salesforce, Resco and integrating the two to create an offline Salesforce solution. He communicates effectively and works collaboratively to produce high quality work. I would recommend Ope as a partner to anyone wanting a Salesforce partner.

Necessidad worked with us on our local area's Covid-19 emergency response hub. We used Salesforce to referrals from clients in need and Necessidad used a variety of solutions to work flexibly and quickly to address the urgent needs. They worked hard to understand our requirements without rushing into a solution. The project was difficult because of the time pressures to get things live and they did an excellent job of combining in-built Salesforce functionality with custom solutions where necessary.
