Efficient Implementation and Reliable Continued Support

My experience implementing Learnsmarter has been very positive. As the Release and Environment Manager, I was responsible for deploying and the continuous maintenance of the solution across multiple Salesforce environments, and the implementation process was straightforward and well-documented. Any queries raised during setup or ongoing maintenance were handled quickly and effectively by the team, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

Learnsmarter—because multiple massive spreadsheets do not make up an LMS

I became a fan of Learnsmarter last year after realizing how much time and effort it saves me and my Learning & Development team from managing multiple massive spreadsheets. Instead of tracking courses, descriptions, days, times, locations, registered users, attendance (and more) all manually, we can enter it into this learning management system that is integrated with our Salesforce org so that we are using a similar system as the rest of our organization. We can build and share reports that others can access. We can publish live trainings and on-demand learning on the same site as our knowledge articles. We are only really getting started with making the most use of what Learnsmarter can do. Throughout all of this, Sean and Hari and the team have been incredible partners. Very responsive and supportive. Thank you for all your work in continuously improving this product!

Fantastic customer support

Learnsmarter e-learning helped grow our product and engage our userbase more effectively than with static content, but what I praise especially is the level of customer support we received. The Learnsmarter team was more than willing to work with us, understand our requirements, and implement tailored enhancements. Although deploying these wasn't always straightforward, we were always made to feel like our product and our users mattered! Thanks folks.

Great Product from a Great Team

I worked alongside the Learnsmarter Team in the capacity of a Salesforce Partner, delivering a high volume LMS solution for a large client. Sean and the team run a very professional business while maintaining a clear focus on the personal touch. I was struck with how responsive the team were to the client's needs, sometimes introducing new features to the product to accommodate specific requirements for our implementation. All of the team were very approachable, knowledgeable and always did their utmost to deliver an excellent solution, as well as provide advice from their depth of experience. Learnsmarter is a great learning management system for our non-profit organization

Since day 1, we've experienced amazing customer service from the Learnsmarter team. They are always extremely responsive and willing to work with us on our requests. There have been amazing UX enhancements to their "My Learning" page in the past year which have immensely improved our learners' journeys through multiple programs. Lastly, because Learnsmarter is connected directly to our SF organization, we can create dynamic program participant reports. This provides us with great detail into learner progress and additional Contact activities within our organization.
