The overall quality of the implementation was below expectations. The partner did not adequately interpret or translate our business requirements into the Salesforce framework, resulting in key processes being improperly implemented. There were frequent inefficiencies and recurring errors, and even after development was declared complete, it took over four months before the system could be considered usable in practice due to ongoing data and process issues. Communication across requirements gathering, solution design, and development was not systematic, leading to insufficient completeness and stability in core features. This experience highlighted the need for rigorous requirements definition, design validation, and stricter control over data structures in future Salesforce projects.

It was a suprising experience with this team considering that fact that they showed great enthusiasm and deligence during the project.
