Our team was having a difficult time tracking and tending to community partnerships and relationships. The team was utilizing an excel spreadsheet but that proved to be unsustainable over time. We hired AST to help build out a relationship management system within Salesforce to better track relationships, identify focus areas, and built out a comprehensive view of our contacts that we could pull reports on. The project team were strong communicators, answered concerns, and listened to our needs. The project team also kept us updated on progress made and if there were any risks with the project we needed to be aware of. They were also creative and found workarounds to help us reach our goals when needed, and the final product was delivered on time. I highly recommend AST.

We were tasked with combining two mature (12+ years) SalesForce orgs that were used in very different ways and had a significant amount of technical debt. After evaluating several potential vendors, we decided that AST was the best fit. We couldn't have made a better decision. They evaluated both orgs to find commonality, reviewed the hundreds of workflow rules, process builder, Apex, and other automation in both orgs and were able to upgrade all to Flow. The team we worked with were the utmost professionals that brought insight and innovation into our newly combined org. We completed the project on-time and on-budget, delivering on all aspects of the project. AST is a joy to work with and we would recommend them highly for any project. Heading into our Salesforce organization assessment with AST, we had some pretty lofty goals and high expectations.
