Additional Details

Advanced component for working with files and attachments. It allows users to search them by name, view files grouped by kind, sort them by name, date, kind and size, preview, download, and upload. It consists of the three tabs (All, Images, Files), the search field and sorting filters. The search and sorting filters work throughout all the three tabs, so it easy to find a necessary file. On the Images tab, you'll see all the images that have been added to the ticket. You can click on any image to open a pop-up and see a larger image. On the Files tab, you'll find a list of all non-image files. Also, you can upload more files at the bottom of the app.
