We have been working with Prudent since October 2021. We are extremely satisfied with how the team scoped, onboarded and is delivering the work so far. Raj and the Prudent Consulting Team were excellent to work with. Raj went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure our CRM was flowing well with our staff. Throughout the process, we enjoyed working with Raj's teammates Sunitha and Kavya handling additional tasks and asks along the way. Much time & effort was placed on the front end as Raj did an excellent job in preparation prior to going into production. As we discovered some changes and adjustments once in production, the Prudent team supported several changes to refine and update our CRM to its peak performance. Over the past year, Raj & Team have helped us out with minor tweaks and updates without hesitation. In Short the Initial Implementation Group we were paired with, Failed Drastically after 3 months of No Stop Talking.....Albeit we were very Frustrated, in the Long Run it Ended up being a Huge Win for our Company. If not for that Experience, we would not have found Prudent. From start to The Point we are now, I Cannot iterate enough how Fantastic out experience has been. I hate to Call out Specific People, because they work as a Team Working For You. David, Sunitha, Likhitha, and Team Were thrown into the World of Gunite Pool Construction, Remodeling & Repairs and at this point know everything that goes into Quoting, Contracting, Billing, And Employee Communications. They Really took the Time to Walk Through EVERY Aspect of how we do business, and the limitations of Having a Completely Mobile Workforce, and how that would look Within Salesforce. We have had to have some Starts and Stops along the Way, as Being a Pool Builder, our world goes Nuts when the Temp Rise. But they have been Very Accommodating to our World, and those time limitations. The Big Home run is that they understood that our workforce is not necessarily a "High Tech" Group, so there is a Real need to keep it simple, user Friendly and Informative to not only our Team but our Customers, but have enough detail for the Accounting. They have Nailed everything thing we have asked for thus far, and it was a long Wish list. This is still a work in Progress, as we continue to build out this system for our Business and how we work, I am Thankful that we found our way to the Prudent Team.
