We have a Managed Service with Art of Cloud and they provide us Salesforce support on Pardot and Sales Cloud - It's much more cost effective than hiring internal resource.

Together, we have created an extremely advanced systems which allows us to cover multiple basis including partner activation, lead generation and reporting. There were multiple aspects within Salesforce we asked our partner to create and they have always been overcome which is fantastic. We are extremely happy with the service.

We needed a company who had the skills and experience to customise Salesforce to meet our business needs, but crucially we needed a consistent primary contact who was knowledgeable, would be honest, would be careful of the time we’d purchased and who could work in a flexible way (as it’s seldom a single slab of work, rather an iterative process with back and forth between us). Quite simply, the service we have received has been superb and has ticked all of those boxes. They are approachable and will jump on a call at a moment’s notice if they can and are really patient with us. Most importantly we trust them and know that they're looking out for our best interests. We are not Salesforce experts – but they take the time to explain things so that we can understand. Not only that, they take time to listen to and understand our requirements really quickly. Not easy!
