This partner is one of the best SI's for SFCC. Their entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always finds a solution for anything that is being built/integrated. The only opportunity I see is for them to grow their practice around robust project and change management to support business users who have little to no experience on the platform.
