The experience with Mycom was very good, we had an open and honest relationship and the challenging work was done professionally. In addition to the Salesforce implementation, one of our tasks was to connect a local system (Amicron) with Salesforce for data synchronization. This was a task that they had never done before. The expertise of the Mycom team contributed to the successful completion of these projects. The only thing I wish for in the future is that we had a standardized project management platform so that we could share the status of the project at any time. Mycom was very helpful, provided exactly the amount of service we were asking for, in order for us to learn, manage and change the system by ourselves. In addition Mycom was available every time we needed them, short term and was able to solve all our tasks.

We needed support for getting Salesforce Service Cloud up and running in a multilingual setup. MYCOM was able to configure Salesforce fast and find solutions for our individual routing logic. Communication and suggestion of solutions was very good. We can highly recommend MYCOM.
