PwC’s Learning Center provides end-to-end assistance to employees through their certification processes. From pre-exam to post certification, the solution has capabilities needed to help employees succeed every step of the way, including: 1. Certification recommendations based on previous certifications obtained. 2. A wealth of study materials to support exam preparation efforts. 3. Calendar of training sessions and the capability to register for training sessions. 4. Practice exam before official test voucher request to ensure the user is well prepared prior to the exam. 5. Elements of gamification to help increase interest and in turn increase total certifications within the practice. 6. An analytics board based on the user’s certifications and trailhead badges to provide leadership visibility into their team members’ contributions.
